The Go Janes have been sharing the stage with storyteller and Seattle “Living Legacy” Auntmama (aka MaryAnne Moorman) almost from the beginning. Auntmama’s tales of growing up in Virginia in the 60’s and 70’s with the themes of ancestry/legacy, social justice, her delightfully idiosyncratic family, and her trademark specific and vivid writing relayed with a master’s sense of timing, suspense, and the “smack-a-dab” quick-punch.
